Help Keep History Alive
YOU CAN SUPPORT THANKFUL HERITAGE BLACK HISTORY MUSEUM IN SECURING A PERMANENT HOME FOR THEIR EXPANSIVE, 400+ YEAR COLLECTION!
For more than 30 years, the Thankful Heritage Museum has been sustained by the generosity of people who believe in preserving African American history, because African American history IS American history.
As a mobile, traveling museum, we rely on donations to care for our collection, create engaging exhibits, and bring history into communities across the state. Every contribution-big or small—makes it possible to continue this work.
We are looking for a PERMANENT MUSEUM SPACE to exhibit our collection, hold programs and events, educate the public, and be a resource library for everyone in the community.
Your support ensures that future generations will see, learn, share, and remember. Please consider donating or reaching out to potential sponsors to help us on this capital campaign!
